The competition is valid from 16/02/2023 at 17:01 to 19/02/2023 at 12:30 BTS (competition period). 

The prize is not exchangeable for a cash equivalent.

All winners must respond to this notification within 24 hours and declare their acceptance of the gift in writing, as well as provide the required personal data (name, address, email address). The prize will be forfeited, and Betway has the right to offer the prize to another winner if the participants:

Fail to respond to the prize notification within 24 (twenty-four) hours

Incomplete or incorrect contact details, or after two unsuccessful attempts to send the prize to the contact address provided by the entrant

Is unable or unwilling to claim the prize as described herein for any reason attributable to the winner.

Racist, sexist, violent and other offensive messages, as well as messages deemed incompatible with these terms and conditions, will be removed from the channel and prohibited from participating.

The winner will be selected by an independent panel of judges after the end of the competition period.

Betway accepts no responsibility for any defects in a prize, and winners have no right of exchange or return in the event of a prize defect, unless there is a case of intent or deliberate deception attributable to the organiser. Furthermore, the organiser is not responsible for damages due to technical failures, delays or interruptions in transmissions or losses, costs or damages related to participation in the competition.

If the prize cannot be awarded by Betway, a reasonable equivalent will be offered (e.g. a shirt for another event).
